Motus, in partnership with Kia South Africa, is offering a NQF Level 4 Learnership in Generic Management for the 2026 intake. This learnership is tailored specifically for existing employees who have demonstrated potential and wish to formalise their management capabilities through a nationally recognised qualification.

Entry Requirements
The Motus Generic Management Learnership is highly targeted. To be considered, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen currently residing in Gauteng
- Be between the ages of 18 and 45
- Have a minimum of Grade 11 or Matric with passes in English
- Be permanently employed at Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd for more than one year at the time of application
- Possess basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a genuine commitment to learning and self-development
- Be willing and able to commit to the full 12-month duration of the learnership
