General Admission Criteria for 2026
Basic Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (NSC) with Bachelor’s Degree endorsement/exemption
- Minimum Admission Point Score (APS) ranging from 22 to 30 depending on the program
- English as a language of learning and teaching (minimum level 4 or 50-59%)

Education Programs (BEd):
- Minimum APS: 26-28
- Language proficiency in English and preferably an African language

Social Sciences & Arts Programs:
- Minimum APS: 22-26
- Strong language and communication skills
- For Psychology-related programs: Mathematics and Life Sciences advantageous

MBChB (Medicine):
